How to Track your Journey
Tracking Your Job Search Journey
Pinning a Job to your Personal Jobs board:
Use the toggle switch on top of any job post to save it to your personal jobs board. Once the toggle turns blue, you will see a notes section where you can make notes and insights to keep track of cricital events and learnings gained throughout the job hunting journey.
Notes, insights, what's the difference?
Notes:
Notes are intended to record critical events related to a specific role, i.e. "Applied for the role" and "Created Customise CV for the role." The ability to leave notes is only available while a job post is pinned to your own personal jobs board. Kindly note that unpinning a job post will also delete all your job-specific notes.*
* Should you wish to keep a note when unpinning a job, you can click the edit button to mark it as an insight instead.
Insight:
Insights are intended as general learnings gained along the path to finding your dream job, i.e. "Realised that I want to work for 'x' company in the future" and "Feedback from the failed interview was...". Insights will be saved on a separate page to not be deleted when a job is unpinned, but they can also be created without a related job post from the insights page.
